
About the Role
We are seeking to fill an open Office Manager position for our Eugene, OR office. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, health benefits, 401(k) with profit sharing, and a great family culture.
On a daily basis, this job will require answering phones, AP/AR data entry, payroll processing, and scheduling appointments. Your primary goal is to keep the office running as smoothly as possible. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and first-rate customer service skills.
Requirements
High school diploma preferred
2+ years’ experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role
Basic knowledge of accounting
Excellent communication/organization skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills
